Thank you for signing up for a photo session, I’m excited to capture your memories! In order to give you the absolute best experience possible, I always ask that my clients complete the below form before a session as it will assist me greatly with planning for you & your family. I welcome all ideas you may have to create a session that is exactly what you want. I will not share any of your personal information, it is solely for my own records for things like mailing / emailing you your photos, ordering prints or canvasses or calling you if we need to chat about anything.

**NOTE: Due to these trying times with COVID, we will be following social distancing guidelines. With this in mind, I ask that any session members bring any of their own props, sitting blankets (I have a few that I will wash between sessions if needed, please let me know) and hand sanitizer. I will also have additional hand sanitizer with me if you happen to forget!
